Topic: Flood, Ice Age, & the Bible
Ages: 10:00-12:00 4 year olds-entering Kindergarten
1:00-3:00 Entering 1st-2nd grade
10:00-3:00 Entering 3rd grade-8th grade
Those entering 8th grade through adults may participate in the lapidary workshop.
Cost: Half day students: $20.00
Full day students: $40.00
Multiple child discounts for families:oldest two children full price; youngest child(ren) half price.

Monday-Wednesday, July 10-12
Ages: 8th grade through adult
Capacity: 6 participants
Cost: $60/participant (includes basic materials and machine fees)
Time: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm each day
Breaks: Lunch at noon (participants bring own lunch and drink)
Description: Participants will gain understanding of God’s creation in the area of geology and apply it in the lapidary arts. They will learn the basic aspects of rocks and minerals important to working with them and then experience the lapidary process at the beginners level, making one or more simple jewelry items. This process includes choosing materials, using lapidary equipment to shape and polish rocks and minerals,hole-boring, and assembling the finished product.
